By registering, all AAA event attendees agree to abide by the Event Code of Professional Conduct

REGISTRATION FEE (required) includes name badge (required for admittance to meeting events), Meeting App, Program Pdf, Attendee List, Friday and Saturday Breakfasts and Lunches, and Friday Evening Reception.

GNP Member
Registration Fee – on or before February 7, 2024: $275
Late Registration Fee – after February 7, 2024: $325

AAA Member
Registration Fee – on or before February 7, 2024:$315
Registration Fee – after February 7, 2024: $365

Non-AAA Member
Registration Fee – on or before February 7, 2024: $415
Late Registration Fee – after February 7, 2024: $465

Two Year College Member
Registration Fee – on or before February 7, 2024: $175
Late Registration Fee – after February 7, 2024: $225

Student Member
Registration Fee: $150

Friday Only Non-Member/Non- Academic Professional
Registration Fee for Friday Sessions only (Includes Breakfast and Lunch): $190


Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing. Send cancellation requests to the AAA at the address above or email them to Info@aaahq.org.    Cancellation requests received after February 7. 2024 will incur a $50.00 cancellation charge.   No refunds will be available for no-shows or cancellations after February 26, 2024.
