Meeting Details
CTLA will be held at the the Hyatt Regency Chicago.
Registration materials must be picked up at the AAA Registration Desk first.
All members must pay the membership dues for 2025-2026 in addition to the registration fee for CTLA-only or the full Annual Meeting.
Take advantage of the Early Registration Fee and save! Register by Tuesday, July 8, 2025 at 11:59 Eastern!
There will be an additional $50 fee on all registrations from July 9, 2025 - July 23, 2025.
There will be an additional $100 fee on all registration received starting July 24, 2025.
**All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@aaahq.org. A refund of the conference fee, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by July 16, 2025. No refunds will be given for anything July 17th and beyond.
