Submission Requirements:

  1. Manuscripts are expected to be original research that has not been previously published and is not currently under review by another journal.
  2. The JLTR submission fee is $0 for members and $50 for Non-members. You must still go through the process of creating an invoice at $0 in order to receive your order confirmation Number. 
  3. Once you have paid the fee, you can go to the submission site and complete your submission.
  4. You will no longer need to enter your invoice number in the submission system
  5. The submission fee is nonrefundable.
